1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember your preferences and provide information to site owners.
We also use similar technologies including local storage, session storage and web beacons. This policy covers all of them.
2. How we use cookies
Essential operation: keep you logged in, protect your session and remember basic preferences. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics: understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated.
Functionality: remember settings like language or region so you do not have to set them on every visit.
Marketing: measure the effectiveness of advertising on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta. We use conversion tracking only; we do not build advertising profiles.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services we use. We only work with reputable providers:
- Google Analytics: web analytics, processed under Google's privacy framework.
- Hotjar: session recording and heatmaps; Hotjar does not track identifiable information.
- Tap Payments: payment-flow cookies; Tap is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
4. Your choices
Cookie banner: on your first visit you can accept all cookies or essential only.
Change preferences: use the button above, or "Cookie preferences" in the footer, at any time.
Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies will affect site functionality.

5. Cookie retention
We retain cookies only as long as necessary for their purpose. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies expire as listed above.
Clearing cookies logs you out of active sessions and resets your preferences.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not currently respond to it because there is no universal standard for what it means. Please use the controls in section 4 instead.
